Thank you for visiting A & J's Mountain Fork RV Park! We are so glad to welcome you here! Below is a list of park rules that we have established to make sure that your stay is a happy and safe one!
*PLEASE READ OVER RULES CAREFULLY****Speed limit 5/mph at all times!!! Also, please take caution of the safety of small children that may be at a site close by.*****ALL electricity, water and sewer hookups MUST be fastened securely and should not be leaking*********You must have a regulator for your water! (With no regulator, there is too much pressure... it causes leaks and possible busted pipes.)
***********During winter months, ALL campers must have heated hoses...no exceptions! **********Any sewer spills, excess trash or dog waste, left behind
WILL result in a cleaning fee.
*Keep your site clean and presentable. Site
should not look like you live there.
****All trash must be placed in a bag, securely tied, and placed in the trash barrel at your site.*Do not move the fire rings. Let management know if they are in your way and we will be glad to move it for you.
*Do not leave trash, glass, or cans in the fire rings.
*Quiet hours are from
10:00 PM-8:00 AM*ALL campers and RV's must be well functioning, in good shape and clean before arriving. We reserve the right to refuse service based on age and condition of camper/RV, based on our sole discretion.
(Pictures may be required before reservations are confirmed.)*Only 2 vehicles per site.
*No Tents Allowed.
*Any person/persons acting in a disorderly manner toward ANYONE, in this park or is in violation towards anything on the premises,
WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and is definite grounds for EXIT.
*Must be respectful of your neighbors and their sites. No cutting through neighbors' sites or allowing children to play on empty sites.
*No soliciting of any kind in this park.
*Guest will be responsible for any subjects that may incur damages on their behalf, while staying at A&J's Mountain Fork RV Park, LLC.
******MONTHLY RENTERS-There will be a
$5.00 charge for everyday you are past your rent due date.
Insurance*Management will not accept responsibility for any park related injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property of any kind.
*ALL Campers, RV's and other vehicles that enter park
MUST be in agreement, to carry and present in full force and effect, the appropriate liability and property insurance for each vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PETS*No aggressive dogs or other aggressive animals allowed.
*All dogs MUST HAVE rabies shots and you must take them with you or keep them kenneled inside camper/RV when you are away from your campsite. (No leaving them in a kennel outside camper/RV, on chain, cable or tied up.)
*Must keep pets on a leash, under control and supervised at all times, outside of your RV.
*There will be NO tolerance for a pet that is aggressive with another pet/guest at the park and if so, we may ask you to remove the pet from the premises.
*Please be respectful of other guest and clean up after your pet after each use and keep them away from other sites.
*We expect all pet owners to comply with these rules or we reserve the right to ask you to leave.
Site Appearance*All sites must remain clean and neat.
*No littering of any kind and please
do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the grass.
(Tin Buckets will be given at check in.)
Things Not Allowed at Park*NO: hot tubs, slip and slides, swimming pools, bounce houses, ziplines, water slides.
*NO: Washing RV/Campers, regular or sport utility vehicles, etc.
(We are not a carwash!!) Please wash vehicles in town, at the carwash, at your expense or a
fee of $10 will be issued to persons/or company in violation of this rule.
SummaryA & J's Mountain Fork Management reserve the right to make any changes necessary, regarding our rules and regulations policy, in the best interest of the park.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or groups based on our sole discretion.
Anyone who refuses to abide by the park rules listed above will be asked to leave the park with no refund.
